Shipping information
US orders over $35 ship free! Use coupon code SHIPFREE when you check out.
We strive to keep shipping costs low and have searched for the most economical options for getting our products to you. We use UPS Ground for most orders. For international orders or PO Boxes, we’ll use US Postal Service. Tracking information will be provided and all carriers estimate that packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Please note that with high volumes of packages in transit during the holiday shopping season, we can’t guarantee a certain delivery date with ground shipping.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout through UPS 2nd Day Air. For Next Day/Overnight service, please contact us and we'll provide a quote. Please include your shipping address, product(s) you wish to order, and date by which order is needed.
If you live near Warrensburg and would prefer to pick your order up, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Items on hand generally ship within 1-3 business days. See product listings for specific lead times.
We have limited shipments to destinations outside of the US due to high costs and unpredictable timeframes. To request shipping to your country, please contact us!
Returns
We take pride in the work we do and hope you’ll love it, too. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you happen to receive a product with a defect, let us know within 30 days by sending a picture of the defect and of damage to the packaging, if applicable, and an explanation of the problem to cynthia@threetreesworkshop.com. We’ll ask you to send it back to us and will be happy to send you a replacement or refund you the purchase price, less a restocking fee, at our discretion. Please don't return your item without contacting us first.
Please remember that because of the natural variations in the color and grain of wood, each item is unique. The product you receive will be very similar to what's pictured in terms of color, grain pattern, etc., but probably not identical. This variation is not a defect, it's just the beauty of working with natural materials.
Finally, we can’t refund items that have been customized, unless we've made an error in the engraving. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
