I see a box for a promo code during checkout. Do you have any sales or coupon codes?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the US. Otherwise, we try to price our products fairly and don’t often run sales. If you’re ordering multiple products, we may be able to offer a slight discount if we can ship the items together. Feel free to email Cynthia@ThreeTreesWorkshop.com and let us know what you plan to order. If we can save on shipping, we’ll let you know!
My dog ate my chess pieces! Can I order replacements?
Whether your pup got your pieces, your kids buried them in the sandbox, or they were lost in a move, we can certainly replace them. Email Cynthia@ThreeTreesWorkshop.com with the details and we’ll send a link to order replacements. If you can include a picture of your current pieces, it will help us make sure the replacements match well. Be sure to include:
The size and style of your set (regular size board or tournament? standard or premium pieces?)
Piece and color needed (e.g., a white rook) or the whole set
We've lost our marbles (or pegs, checkers, etc.)! Can I order another set?

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is available via UPS. If you’ve already placed an order, just reply to the order confirmation email or call/text Cynthia at 660-864-4238 to request expedited shipping. Be sure to include the date by which you need your order.
If you haven’t ordered and would like a quote for express shipping first, email Cynthia@ThreeTreesWorkshop.com and include the following:
The product(s) you want to order
The complete shipping address
The date by which you need the order.
What should I engrave on my chess (or cribbage, mancala, etc.) board?
Many people include simply a name, date, and/or occasion. If you want to get more creative, think about song lyrics, inside jokes, or inspirational quotes. Find lots of ideas here. The possibilities are endless!
Can you make a custom game board for us? I’m looking for a bigger size, a different game, etc.
Unfortunately, no. We’ve got our hands full with our standard products and we just can’t take on custom orders at this point.
