Shipping & Returns


Shipping information

We strive to keep shipping costs low and have searched for the most economical options for getting our products to you. Most items will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. For packages under 1 pound, we'll use US Postal Service First Class. Both services are typically delivered within 1-3 business days of when they ship. Please note that this is the estimate that the US Postal Service provides, but it is not a guarantee.

Occasionally for heavier shipments, we'll use Fedex or UPS, which could take up to 5-7 days. Tracking information will be provided for shipments using either service.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll be glad to work something out for you.

If you live in or around Warrensburg and would prefer to pick your order up at the farmers' market on a Saturday morning, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Items on hand generally ship within 2-3 business days of when you place your order. Products with customization will generally ship within 10 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the US, Canada, and Australia. If you'd like to request shipping to somewhere else, please contact us!

Returns

We take pride in the work we do and hope you’ll love it, too. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you happen to receive a product with a defect, let us know within 10 days by sending a picture and an explanation of the problem to cynthia@threetreesworkshop.com. We’ll ask you to send it back to us and will be happy to send you a replacement or refund you the purchase price, at our discretion. Please don't return your item before contacting us.

Please remember that because of the natural variations in the color and grain of wood, each item is unique. The product you receive will be very similar to what's pictured in terms of color, grain pattern, etc., but probably not identical. This variation is not a defect, it's just the beauty of working with natural materials.

Finally, we can’t refund items that have been customized, unless we've made an error in the engraving. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us
